Why we love them: Chef Marianne knocked our socks off with her clever and satisfyingly soulful cuisine at In Fine Spirits (r.i.p. marinated brussels and cauliflower). This character has carried through to her latest venture in partnership with her husband: a well-edited collection of jams, mustards, and other preserved foods crafted with love and a sense of humor.
