Chicago, let’s spend some time on JOLLY this year, shall we?
The biggest, baddest, and merriest market of them all will pop up for Chicagoans Sunday, December 10th when 120 + of the most exceptional small businesses descend on the West Loop for one day only to deliver a heart-shiny, potentially snowy, epically fun marketplace: the HoliDose is back for its 7th annual iteration Sunday, December 10th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 401 N. Morgan in Fulton Market, Morgan MFG.
With 40 first-time Dosers, interactive activities, everything you need for holiday all in one spot along with plenty of surprises, tickets are $10 for adults: 25 percent of each ticket sold goes directly to benefit The Kitchen Community, a nonprofit with strong ties to CPS and a mission to strengthen communities by accelerating the real food movement via Learning Gardens in schools.
The Kitchen Community, represented by Logan Square Farmer’s Market manager Whitney Richardson, will be offering rosemary trees great for the home chef, one of many opportunities for guests to purchase something that’s useful, looks good and makes a real impact … something that can be said about every business set to sell at the HoliDose and about every single business that has sold at Dose Market since 2011.
