There are few foods that can please five-year-olds and grown-ups alike; peanut butter is one of them. On September 25, Dose attendees big and small will have the pleasure of chomping on artisanal PB&Js smeared with Yumbutter. The Madison-based company produces small-batch, organic peanut butter in four flavors: Asian Jazz, Dark Chocolate, Cranberry Coconut, and Regular.
Come Sunday, founder Adrian Reif will serve sandwiches packed with divine combos of Yumbutter and Quince & Apple preserves on crusty bread from a Madison bakery. Chances are, you’ll buy a jar to take home on the spot — it’s that good.
Even better: For every jar purchased, a serving is donated to a hungry child in need. The better butter, indeed.
