Why we love him: With a passion for all things pickled, Mark Steuer of The Bedford uses local vegetables (when possible, in our 4-season climate) and classic flavor combinations for this pop-up pickle stand. In collaboration with Steuer is Mixologist Clint Rogers, Gage/Henri, who has created two brine-based cocktails using death door spirits.
