Among our addictions (see: salted caramels, Greek yogurt, fresh berries, Humboldt Fog), coffee ranks high — sky high. La Colombe is to blame. Bolder than Ari Gold, smoother than Al Greene, refined as Scott Schuman — this Joe is the real deal.

We had no choice but to roast our own blend.

We chose Ethiopian beans (Oromia’s Highland region, to be exact) for their fruity nature, spicy disposition, and complex characteristics.
