Superbowl start: Salted Caramel began as one-woman show when Haravon, professional chef and confection visionary decided to offer her first sweet and savory treat to the masses. Prompted by a Superbowl challenge, Haravon created Bacon Bourbon Caramel Corn in 2007; the rest is history.

Why we love them: Salted Caramel deftly combines sweet with savory to create twists on classic treats.

Products: Bacon-bourbon caramel corn, pretzel graham crackers, stout marshmallows, vinegary pate de fruit and frozen sweets.

Dose launches: The duo launched their frozen line at the June 5th Market: Thai mango yogurt popsicles, chocolate-mole pops, watermelon-coriander  ice and raspberry-goat cheese cups.

Dose appearances: June 5, July 10 and October 16.
